The Hague District Court has upheld EUR420,000 euros (USD503,000) worth of fines against Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) for 15 slot misuse violations at Dutch airports in 2022, ruling that the budget carrier repeatedly landed or departed at times that "substantially differed" from its assigned schedule, including late landings at Amsterdam Schiphol and others. In the December judgement only published this month, the court rejected Ryanair's challenges on legal basis, intent, proportionality, and abuse of power, but reduced the total by EUR2,500 (USD2,300) to EUR417,500 (USD500,700).
