easyJet (London Luton) has seen the pace of its Airbus deliveries accelerate over the last months, although delays continue and will affect the airline's fleet renewal and growth plan in 2026. The LCC took nine new A320-200Ns in the 12-month period until September 30, 2025, and expects 17 new aircraft in the current financial year (ending September 30, 2026). However, these are likely to arrive five to six months behind schedule and will not be available for the 2026 peak summer season. "We’re still suffering a little bit from Airbus," CEO Kenton Jarvis said.
