Rise Air (4T, Saskatoon) temporarily relocated its medevac services from La Ronge from June 3, to operate out of Saskatoon due to the ongoing wildfires impacting the province of Saskatchewan in Canada. Several of its maintenance colleagues relocated with the fleet to this airport, others to Prince Albert.

“Our workforce transportation and charter work outside of the La Ronge area has not been affected,” it stated, adding that as soon as the evacuation order is dropped it will send a clean-up crew to ensure everything is ready for operations at La Ronge.

The airline's fleet currently comprises three ATR42-300s, one ATR42-320, one ATR42-500(QC), four DHC-6-200s, two DHC-6-300s, one Saab 340A(QC), and two Saab 340Bs, according to ch-aviation Commercial Aviation Aircraft Data. It also operates four Beech 1900Ds, eight Beech (twin turboprop) King Airs, one DHC-2, one Piper (twin piston) PA-31, and one Bell 205 helicopter.
